Next he asked for the maker of the washer, model number, and serial number. When Ben arrived he had a replacement part with him based of the error code from the washer. If the replacement part didn't work and the washer needed to be replaced, we were only responsible to pay the service call fee of $50.00.
The second time the same washer refused to work for my family, I called Superior Appliance at 7:30pm on a Thursday night. The answering serviced picked up, and took my information. The next day I received a call from Ben, and he gave me an appointment for Saturday with a 4 hrs window. He said he would call 30 mins prior to make sure someone was home. Ben then asked what were the issues, and the error code the washer was showing. Next he asked for the maker of the washer, model number, and serial number.
On Saturday, Ben called 30 mins prior and he also was able to move the appointment up a few hours. He was able to fix our washer, within 45mins, and as a repeat customer Ben did not charge me an arm and a leg. I have recommend him to everyone I know, and will continue to do so"
